Mission:

  - To support improvement of the health status of the population through the development of public health principles in the area of disease prevention  and healthcare

Goal: The main priority areas of the programme are included in the Health Development Strategy for 2010-2020 through provision of support to institutionalization, development of legal and regulative documents, and sharing of best practices and outcomes of successful pilot models.

Strategy:

Establishment of effective and sustainable leadership of the civil society.

Provision of support for the introduction and implementation of laws, strategies, regulations in healthcare system, which are based on evidence and human rights principles.

Improvement of accountability and transparency of the government and multi-sectoral institutions and organizations of civil society.

Provision of support for the development of new area in healthcare policy and to the civil society movement.
